We are taking a ‘business as usual’ approach. The current NHS advice is that most people can continue to go to work, school and other public places – there’s currently nothing to stop people visiting our sites and enjoying their holidays. While we don’t know the affect the virus may have on bookings, we offer fresh air, a natural environment and an alternative to air travel.
We’re proud to provide a campsite, services and experiences for our members. This means we need to behave as we normally would and interact with customers in our usual friendly way, while still taking on board current NHS advice. Everyone is as welcome as they’ve always been.
Our staff, members and site owners are the most important thing to us. Everyone in the country has to interact with other people, whether at work, picking kids up from school or on the bus. We would not ask anyone to do anything that we thought put them at unnecessary risk. We have high standards of cleanliness on our sites already and having looked at the latest guidance have agreed we don’t need to implement any additional procedures at this stage. Please keep following your normal cleaning regimes perhaps more frequently, paying additional attention to surfaces that come into contact with skin, such as, door handles and payment machines.
